Target Secures $20.8 Million Permit at Newport Commons

Exciting momentum at Newport Commons!

As recently reported by the Charlotte Business Journal, Target has secured a $20.8 million permit for its new store at our Newport Commons development in York County (Rock Hill), South Carolina.

Newport Commons is a premier ~180,000 SF ground-up retail development situated at the primary signalized gateway of the Highway 161 (Old York Road) corridor. The center is anchored by Target’s latest and largest prototypical store, spanning approximately 148,000 SF, complemented by 38,240 SF of small-shop space and five high-visibility outparcels.
