Robert Kulisek, PE Joins Rise Partners as Director of Development

Please join us in welcoming Robert Kulisek, PE to Rise Partners as our new Director of Development!

Robert “Bobby” will oversee the planning, development, and execution of commercial real estate projects across the Southeast, managing every phase of development and redevelopment, from site acquisition and entitlements through design, construction, tenant integration, and project delivery.

With more than 20 years of engineering, project management, and large-scale development experience, Bobby brings exceptional expertise and leadership to our growing team.

A Chattanooga native, Bobby lives on Signal Mountain with his wife, Heather, and their three children. Outside of work, you’ll likely find him spending time with his family, serving at church, or in his garage tinkering with a car, bike, or just about anything that needs fixing.
