Rise Partners Welcomes Carter Smith as Leasing Manager

Please join us in welcoming Carter Smith to the Rise Partners team!

Carter joins us as Leasing Manager, based in our Charlotte office. In his new role, he will focus on the lease-up of small shop spaces and lead the creation and execution of leasing strategies across our retail portfolio. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Real Estate from the University of Georgia.

Outside of the office, Carter enjoys running, exploring Charlotte’s vibrant food scene, and spending time with family and friends. We’re excited to have him on board and look forward to the impact he’ll make!
