Rise Partners Welcomes Brittain Hughes Director of Development

We’re excited to welcome Brittain Hughes to Rise Partners as Director of Development in our Charlotte office!

Brittain oversees all phases of development and redevelopment for commercial projects across the Southeast, with a primary focus on our growing pipeline in North and South Carolina. Her work spans shopping center, industrial, and other commercial projects, taking deals from sourcing and underwriting through entitlements, construction, lease-up, and disposition.
