Robert Maclellan and Wilson McGinness represented the landlord on 2555 Cannon Ave, a 35,000+ SF space in Chattanooga leased by Clean Harbors.

At our North River Commerce Center, John Tugman and Wilson McGinness leased nearly 28,000 SF to Prelco US, a manufacturer of custom glazing products who chose Chattanooga after an extensive search. This is their second location in the US.
