Rise Begins Development of Coastal Centre

Rise is excited to officially kick off the redevelopment of Coastal Centre — a key retail destination in Conway, South Carolina. The newly reimagined Coastal Centre will offer updated shopping, dining, and service options, and is actively leasing space.

Earlier this week, we celebrated with a unique and spirited “Sledgehammer Celebration,” where the Mayor of Conway and city administrators joined us to swing the first hammers and punch holes in the wall. During the event, Rise’s Sam Berry said it well:

“We believe the shopping center’s best days are ahead of us, and we look forward to working together with the city to bring it back to life.”
