Progress at Hardy Pond

Things are moving along at our Hardy Pond mixed-use development in Rock Hill, SC, located at the intersection of Old York Road and Miller Pond Road, as shown in this recent drone image.

Great to see McDonald’s and Scooter’s Coffee, two of the project’s six outparcels, officially open for business! Valvoline and City Barbeque will be opening soon.

More progress ahead as the site continues to take shape.
