Rise Partners’ Walmart Neighborhood Market project in Pace, FL is off to a fast start in 2025. Building Pad delivery occurred earlier this month, with vertical construction commencing soon after. Thanks to Berry Construction for their work on site. We look forward to seeing the store go-live later this year.
