Newport Commons Construction Begins in York County

We’re excited to announce the start of construction on Newport Commons in York County, SC, a mixed-use development that will bring new retail and housing opportunities to one of the region’s fastest-growing markets. The development will feature a 148,000 SF anchor store, 38,000 SF of small shop space, and 5 outparcels designed to serve the growing community.

We’re also proud to partner with Prestige Land & Site Works, LLC, who is developing 138 single-family lots and 57 townhome lots as part of the broader vision for the project.
