Major Retailers Open at Conway’s Coastal Centre

Earlier this month, the Rise Partners team celebrated the Grand Opening of Coastal Centre in Conway, SC! The Rise and Berry Construction team broke ground in July 2025 and delivered tenant spaces between February and April 2026. As of May 2026, we are excited to announce that HomeGoods, Marshalls, PetSmart, Burlington, Ulta, and Five Below are open for business!

This milestone would not have been achievable without the partnership and support of the City of Conway, SC and its leaders. We were honored to hear remarks from Mayor Barbara Jo Blain during the Grand Opening ceremony, with the City Commission, City Manager, and other City leaders in attendance. We are equally grateful for the strong and trusting relationships with our retail clients, who we are proud to work with to deliver new store openings across the Southeast! Thank you all.

While this marks a significant point in the life of Coastal Centre, we are equally excited about what is just around the corner. Outparcel construction has begun, small shops leasing & buildout is underway, and construction on a new ground-up grocery store will begin later this summer.
