Triangle Crossing is a 92,000-square-foot, grocery-anchored shopping center located in Starkville, Mississippi, and was developed jointly by Rise Partners and Castle Properties.

A former manufacturing building on a 10-acre site, Triangle Crossing was made possible through a unique public-private partnership; abatement and demolition of the existing facility was achieved through a state Brownfield remediation program and public infrastructure benefited by a TIF program.

Tenants include Aldi, PetSmart, Ulta, Rack Room Shoes, Five Below, Marshalls and Aspen Dental, among others, and opened for business in Fall 2022. With a prominent position along the primary retail corridor of Starkville, the center benefits from strong visibility and accessibility in the market.
