North River Commerce Center sits on a sprawling 88 acres surrounding the Kordsa (formerly Dupont) facility, located at 4546 N. Access Road in Chattanooga, Tennessee. Redeveloping the over 800,000-square-foot facility into a Class A industrial park will consist of four buildings on three separate parcels.

The opportunity to provide Chattanooga with modern Class A space in a centralized location allows Rise to draw large employers and greatly impact the city. Construction will commence Fall 2022.
