North River Commerce Center

North River Commerce Center sits on 88 acres and is a redevelopment of the excess property surrounding the former Dupont facility, in Chattanooga, Tennessee. The Class A industrial park project, at full build-out, could consist of 1 million square feet of new industrial space.  Phase I of the NRCC project included two completed buildings totaling approximately 390,000 square feet.  Phase II will consist of a pad ready site that can house a 215,000 square foot building and a 25-acre rail-served parcel ready for heavy industry.

The redevelopment nature of NRCC required creativity, vision and public-private partnership to see it become reality.  Rise is very proud of the positive economic impact NRCC has already had on Chattanooga, Tennessee and we are excited to see what the future holds for the largest private industrial park in Chattanooga in a generation.
