Congrats to the Rise Brokerage team!

Congrats are in order for the Rise Brokerage team who represented the seller of 1394 Workman Road, a 100,000 SF warehouse in Chattanooga, TN. Wilson McGinness and John Tugman also represented the buyer in 2021 and were assigned the leasing responsibilities prior to taking the property to market for sale.

The property was fully leased at the time of sale to Covington Industrial, LLC.
