Coastal Centre Redevelopment Nears Completion

2026 is off to an exciting start at Rise Partners as our Coastal Centre Shopping Center redevelopment approaches the finish line in City of Conway, SC! Since starting construction in July 2025, Berry Construction has rounded the corner into the new year, and will deliver 112,000 SF of new national retail tenant spaces in February & March, and we look forward to Grand Opening the refreshed Shopping Center later this Spring! Additionally, three new Outparcels have been created along Hwy 501, with leases executed and tenant permitting underway. One Outparcel remains along 16th Ave.
