Acting as owner rep for SEI Ventures of Tennessee, Rise Partners’ brokerage division sold Burnside, a 33 unit apartment complex located at 2100 Rossville Ave, Chattanooga TN. Led by John Tugman and Wilson McGinness, Rise Partners’ brokerage team, co-listed with Gaines Hanks and Bennet Maxwell with Lee & Associates.
