Meet Bianca Carranza, Property Accountant at Rise Partners!

Since joining Rise in August 2025, Bianca has become an invaluable part of our team. She manages the accounting functions across our property portfolio, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, month-end close, loan draws, and much more.

Bianca brings tremendous attention to detail, reliability, and dedication to everything she does, and quite simply, we couldn’t do it without her!

Outside of the office, Bianca enjoys spending time with her son, gardening, and reading.
