Travis Caldwell Joins Rise Partners as Director of Development

We’re excited to welcome Travis Caldwell to Rise Partners as our new Director of Development! Travis will oversee development activities with a focus on the Carolinas and will be based in our Charlotte office.

Travis brings extensive experience in retail and industrial development, most recently with Crosland Southeast and previously with Trinity Capital Advisors. Before that, he worked at Lidl US, where he played a key role in the company’s U.S. expansion.

His broad experience and established relationships throughout the Southeast will further strengthen Rise Partners’ development capabilities and support our continued growth in the Carolinas and beyond.
