In October 2024, Rise acquired a largely vacant shopping center in Conway, SC, located at the intersection of 16th Avenue and Church Street within the fast growing Myrtle Beach MSA.   Rise’s strategic plan is to redevelop the underutilized property into a vibrant retail destination anchored by nationally and regionally trusted brands.  The approximately 230,000 square feet redevelopment of new retail and landscaped outdoor spaces, designed to revitalize the area and enhance community engagement, required creativity and public-private partnership to execute.  Phase I construction is expected to be completed between spring and summer of 2026, with tenant openings anticipated by late 2026.
